Hello! I'm Faith. I'm a verbal processor who wants to love the Lord and love people with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. I write to think and think to write. I don't drink coffee. I am a dogless dog lover. I enjoy hosting large parties in my home, and I enjoy being alone. Join me in looking to Him and pursuing A Radiant Face.
I love that image. It also reminds me to be a comforting mom!
ReplyDeleteMy mom is still comforting after all these years!
ReplyDeleteThis is far more thought-provoking than I at first imagined - plenty to chew on with this!
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for how much she read to me. It gave me words, adventures, stories, and a grasp of grammar. I wouldn't be the teacher, writer, or mother I am without her.
ReplyDeleteThis is my second mother's day without my mother. There's a giant ache in my heart, but I have so many special memories. You picture reminded me of how she comforted me --Simply saying "Bless your baby heart." And yes, she was still saying it to me 57 years later. My siblings and I continue to say it to each other -- and we are still comforted.
ReplyDeleteI'm still trying to understand the whole comfort thing.....
